Cheese found at 54F on top of reach in cooler to the far right. Observed no thermometer to be available in the following units. 1. No visible thermometer in bar reach in cooler located under cash register. 15  Observed the following improper non-food contact surfaces. Wire coat hangers being used for door handles on walk-in cooler door and freezer door. Replace with approved handles.
